✔ Processing time: After receiving your order, we conduct strict quality control and inspection.The processing time varies with the complexity, design and size of a particular product. Larger orders will naturally take longer. It normally takes within 24 hours of business day for us to process your order. However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, weekend holidays, national holidays, etc. If your order includes quite popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order can take 1-3 business days to process and dispatch. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays and thank you for your patience.
✔ Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse center to the destination. We provide free standard shipping service for all orders, the delivery time is 14~21 business days. DHL/Fedex(Express shipping) is our fastest shipping, it only takes 3-6 business days to arrive. US orders can also choose the express shipping which usually takes 7-10 business days to arrive. ( Note: The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to an invalid address, the customs clearance procedures or other causes. )

➤ At Wolddress we do our best to deliver within the stated time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country. ( Note: If there is tariff you need to pay to get to your parcel, please contact us firstly before you pay. )
➤ Express shipping requires a signature upon delivery and if no one is available at your delivery location, they will leave a note indicating that you have missed the delivery and when to expect the next delivery. We do not have control on the time that the courier attempts delivery. The customer is responsible to contact the courier once they have missed the first attempt ensuring that they are available for the next delivery attempt based on what works best for them. The tracking also indicates where the item is located and the day it will be delivered as well as how the customer could make arrangements with the courier and could give approval to leave the package at the door.

We always try our best to offer the best quality. But we understand occasionally, you may need to exchange or return some dresses. Please check clearly the products after you receive your parcel, if any problem, please contact us within 15 days after receipt, the case beyond the report period can not be resolved any more. Our company offers the most reasonable return & refund policy, just hope to give pleasant shopping experience for you~

1. Cancel the order, if the order was not shipped out, we will refund and cancel for you. But if the order was shipped out, sorry to tell you that we couldn’t cancel and refund it during the transit. If you still want refund, we will refund you after we receive the parcel you returned.
2. About size issue, Please confirm your parameters of BWH and select size carefully. If the size is not fit you, and you want return for refund, please E-mail us to get further instructions. Any refund will be issued after the return parcel received in our warehouse or by our representative.
3. We are unable to issue refunds for packages that are shown as delivered but not received.
4. If a package is returned for destruction due to incorrect address/unclaimed, our only responsibility is to resend the package. And the customers needs to afford the standard shipping cost. (USD $10 ~ USD $15 Per Piece)
Other return reason: personal preference, "bad quality & not the same with web" that are not achieve your expexctation (PS: in general, the material and details of product were shown in our product page, please pay attention to it before making the order.) If you want to return due to the above reason, we need to charge 10% restocking fee of non-quality issue.
* Any return, please comtact us to get further information. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address! We don’t responsible for any returned parcel that was delivered to the wrong address.

The first: you can make a new order of new size, we will refund you the wrong size item after we receive the parcel you return.
The second: we will reship you new size dress after we receive the parcel.
* Please E-mail us and tell us which item you want to exchange and which size you want to exchange. Also tell us which way do you prefer.
If a defective/incorrect item is received, our only responsibility is to replace the item with a new/correct one. (If you don't need us to reship your item(s), we also can provide coupon in the same value.) Please email us with the pictures and tell us which item it is. The more detailed the above information, the faster we will deal with your after-sales problems.* Quality problem includes broken-hole, UN-sew, damage segment.
1. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, sexy lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, underwear.
2. Most of our bandage dresses are mini dress, the length is above knee, and it’s basic design concept to show out lady’s sexy feel. No dress is return or exchange for too short reason.
3. We don't cover the lost or stolen parcel by post service or by DHL which is authorized by receiver to leave at the front door, please offer a correct shipping address and don't use P.O Box address. Make sure you can accept the post service.
4. Any refund will be issued after the return parcel received in our warehouse or by our representative.
5. Any products must be returned in original condition. There will be 50% charge if it comes with perfume, lipstick, damage(return reason is not for damage).
