We provide free standard shipping service for all orders, the delivery time is 14~21 business days. DHL(Express shipping) is our fastest shipping, it only takes 3-6 business days to arrive. Please kindly note if you want to get the dress on certain date, you need to place order in advance for at least one week. Because we need 1-2 business days to process the order, it doesn't mean you will have the dress in 4 days after you order even if official DHL choose. Just contact us for more details if any questions.
*About Pre-Order/Delayed-Delivery: If some items or some of their sizes are out of stock, we will specifically note the estimated delivery time on the product page.
We are always trying the best to offer the best quality and fastest shipping. But we understand occasionally, you may need to exchange or return some dress. Our company offers the most reasonable return & refund policy, just hope to support your business and maintain a good cooperation relationship with all of our customers.
1. If there is any quality problems with our dresses, No Reason To Return within 7 days.
★ Quality problem includes broken-hole, UN-sew, damage segment.
★ Non quality problem includes kink mark, press mark, little threads, wrong size selected.
2. Please check clearly the products in your parcel, if any problem please contact us within 15 days after receipt, the case beyond the report period can not be resolved any more. Please send the exact photos to show what problem is. After our designer confirm, we will go on the return or exchange procedure.
3. Please confirm your parameters of BWH and select size carefully, any extra charge of exchange for size problem is paid by customers.
4. We can’t accept no reason return or exchange, or because of personal preference. Please check clearly the products in your parcel, and if you do receive quality problem products, just contact us within 7 days after receipt, send the exact photos to show what problem is. After our designer confirm, we will go on the return or exchange procedure.
