In generally, we needs 1-3 business days to prepare your item, but some items can be shipped out right away.
We provide free standard shipping service for all orders, the delivery time is 14~21 business days. DHL/Fedex(Express shipping) is our fastest shipping, it only takes 3-6 business days to arrive. US orders can also choose the express shipping which usually takes 7-10 business days to arrive.

If you need item in urgent, please contact us after you make the order. We will give an estimated time.

Basically we can achieve 90% accuracy, because the stock status is updated every morning, and the data would also be changed automatically if customer placed order. So, almost 90% orders would be in stock.

And if any dress not available, we will notify within 24 hrs.

If there is any quality problems with our dresses, No Reason To Return within 7 days. (Except for promotion dress)

➤ Non quality problem includes kink mark, press mark, little threads, wrong size selected.

Please check clearly the products in your parcel, if any problem please contact us within 15 days after receipt, the case beyond the report period can not be resolved any more. Please send the exact photos to show what problem is. After our designer confirm, we will go on the return or exchange procedure.
